Arcane Archer Feat bugged: Seeker Arrow

The Arcane Archer Feat, Seeker Arrow seems to be bugged.
I've tried it three times and three times I've witnessed the slowest arrow ever loosed fly gracefully wide of its target. No damage was reported to boot. The animation is kind of funny, but the result is most non-triumphant.
