Ive finished all of the pirate quests but I didnt become a Dread pirate, When I talk to the pirate quest NPC it tells me that it "doesnt have anything for a pirate of my repuation" but Im still the second highest rank. Character name is Eroshank. Im guessing the issue is caused by me not starting the pirate quests at around level 15 and doing them in the wrong order.

Check your Pirate Articles in your inventory, does it say Dread Pirate?

I found this sort of thing used to hapen to me but it just needed a server reset, but your actual rank showed on the 'Pirate Articles' paper.

On my pirate article it says im a Buccaneer. I also dont have any quests accepted or any available from the quests NPC.

Hmmm, that does seem odd, have someone else chaeck what they see when they view your description and see what rank it says you are. I used to have this problem myself but it eventually just fixed itself. I think you need some DM assistance here.
