I've been trying to figure out where to get the cloth dyes required for crafting. I didn't see any in the crafting menus, it seems like a crafting item since artist palettes are. I'm posting this in case it's meant to be craftable but isn't.

If the dyes are meant to be purchased, I was pointed towards two dye merchants. The one in the Amnian embassy is now a banker, and the cobbler doesn't have items matching the names of what is required for crafting.
