Monk - Tongue of the Sun and Moon

Monk already got a lot of nerf. Now it seems Tongue of the Sun and Moon also removed. What's the purpose of this passive being removed? Can anyone tell me? Because it appears monk just become a class who have nothing with lore.

It wasn't removed it was just a casuality of the change to Lore now being used for scrolls, no doubt so those stacking it to use the top level stuff don't get to understand everything as an added bonus.
I'd like to see it come back as a boost to learning languages rather than understanding them, maybe allowing the base wisdom to stack with intelligence? Or something per x monk levels, perhaps a mixture of the two?
