Just a quick feedback on the Master Assassination.

When I got the message from the quest saying that "A rival master assassin was sent to kill you" I was excited.

But the Master Assassin wasn't a challenge at all, he was just a plain guy with daggers chilling unbuffed and not stealthed. And since he didn't even get a chance to do anything he was pretty vulnerable.
I'd like to suggest stealthing him and we would have to either spot him or bait him while visible at the risk of dieing. Maybe also buff him similarly to the Lt. creatures.

Level 30.

Hmm yes... at level 30 that npc is not really a challenge anymore. I will look into this to beef it up a bit!

Just tipping in: perhaps an alternate type of quests for assassins could be to locate and mark an npc, reconnect with an informant etc.

The Contractor speaks of infiltration and political quests but so far only the assassination one is available. Likely in the future something like that will be added. Interested to find how it will be like.

Yes, I am planning to further extend the assassin quests, but wanted players to at least have something. Currently I am working on a questline for another class, so the assassin extension will need to wait a bit, but it stays on my list!

I would also caution that the final quest should probably NOT be balanced against the current crop of lvl 30 existing assassins.

Scaling with lvl would okay, but this suggestion should be way down on the priority list.
