The Silver Bough Tavern - Lakranta in Hiding!

Simple issue:
Lakrante Delors the bardic half-elven peddler merchant within the area Minmir (Nexus Falls) The Silver Bough is constantly in hiding and thus you can not make use of her services if you're a blind, deaf, or dumb adventurer.
I had to be rescued via true sight so I could move at normal speed.
I'm guessing someone dev side forgot to disable her ai or something.
