Darrowdeep Noble Retainers - Scout

A small bit of feedback, but the Darrowdeep Scout noble retainer wields a crossbow without the rapid-reload feat. Not a huge issue in the long run, but he misses out on 3 additional attacks per round without it. Again, not the largest deal in the world but it would significantly improve reasons to take him along on ventures.
