Fey Hunger/Thirst

Description of Bug Experienced:
I logged into a fey character, and on a 6 minute tick received notice that I was hungry/thirsty.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Exist as a fey
Expected Result:
No food/water ticking down during 6 minute ticks.
Actual Result:
Food and water tick down every 6 minutes as with other characters.
