Water and Hydration Bugged in Sibayad

No sources of water are currently replenishing hydration in Sibayad. Bottled water or Fountain alike. I've tested this myself and with 2 other characters in different parts of Distant Shores.

- Bottled waters will still be consumed
- Interactions with fixtures still occur
- Water will not raise, and at least in the Manzil it does not decrease either, staying static.

Description of Bug Experienced:
No sources of water are currently replenishing hydration in Sibayad. Bottled water or Fountain alike. I've tested this myself and with 2 other characters in different parts of Distant Shores.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
None, it reoccurs with any instance of attempting to hydrate

Expected Result:
Water hydration should be replenishing with the use of water or a fountain.

Actual Result:
Nothing happens, you consume the item but your stats do not improve and you are still affected by hydration.

On the bright side, no one in my party on DIstant Shores is actually suffering any water or food loss on the tick, only rest and piety drop.

Awesome, does the fix also apply to hunger as well? Noticed that the issue was not exclusive to Hydration.

Bugged on C&P too, just to put it out there.
Both thirst and hunger.

I think on all servers... I even cant even bring them to 100% on the Surface.. but they also dont drop either... so thats a good thing.. Only rest and piety decrease and increase

This appears to now be working in Cordor. Thanks Zavandar for giving me the heads up, tested and working properly again.

In this case, we identified the issue and have rectified it.

When is the push going out?

Because currently, Food and Water are not responding still on Surface or Distant Shores, but on C&P they are. Thank goodness too, because I've been stuck at -26% water all day and its been a major headache.

I am experiencing the exact opposite. On a PC that's suppose to have no Food or Water meter, I now have one. I'm slowly feeling mortal again lol.
