Unlike other guildhouse cells of similar purposes, the cell in the Abyssal Fortress is not made to reject Yoink requests to those within it. My understanding after talking to a few people is that this is a bug, so I thought to report it.

I think the way those things work is based on map area rather than subsections.
So you'd have to de-yoink the entire fortress to get it to act that way. [This is why most cells are seperate maps to their respective buildings.]

Edit - If I'm wrong the Tower of Shar could also use a similar update for it's cell.

Tower of Shar works fine in this regard. A few other places as well.
