Obviously this little tidbit means darkness and other domains are coming?

I won't press for details but, will existing clerics be able to switch domains when this happens or should one wait to make a new cleric until that update?

i suspect it actually means it was a copypaste from a book that wasn't edited.

That was copy pasted from a book.

As far as the cleric changes, I just found out that I'm moving halfway across the world a lot sooner than I'd planned for, so development on them is going to be on hold for now unless someone else volunteers to take over. They'll most likely happen eventually, but we haven't even made any official decision on the changes, so it's not going to be in the near future. If you want to make a cleric, I would go ahead and do it.

I can't comment on changing domains because I don't know the answer to that, but I believe the bigger the changes, the more likely that is. If we end up just adding stuff to the weaker domains, that probably won't happen or will be case by case, but if there are major changes to any domains it's likely that you'll be able to swap domains. -- Don't take this as official word.

Correction: I hope Shadow Mages are actually able to cast Darkbolt, as it is an Evocation spell - and Shadow Mages cannot cast any Evocation spells with the exception of Darkness, currently.

I know what you meant. I was saying, they do get it, and they can use it - much like darkness.
