Regarding the shadow conjuration nerf

Hello,
In the last update, darkness and invisibility were removed from the spell shadow conjuration.
This is a lot bigger of a nerf to mundanes than it might seem. When put onto wands, shadow conjuration is over twice the caster level of darkness or invisibility. A darkness wand's caster level is 3, which means it only lasts 18 seconds, compared to the caster level 7 of shadow conjuration giving 42 seconds of darkness. Offhand I think invisibility wands are only caster level 3 as well. While invisibility is a lot less desired on a wand, I know some low levels like having it as an option in case something goes wrong in a dungeon.
I can understand if it's deemed too overpowered to have mage armor, darkness, and invisibility on one wand, but could the caster level on darkness wands be increased to CL 7, the equivalent of using it with shadow conjuration?
