Regulator Jamis not opening the Farmstead gate

The title says it. My character is a citizen of Bendir and the Regulator claims to know that I have access, but when I ask for the gate to be opened, he agrees but nothing happens.

This should hopefully have been fixed with the recent update. Can you confirm?
