Faction Bugs.

Hello! A number of factions I am in are bugged.
Description of Bug Experienced:
Issues updating information within the -factions menus.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be in a faction with a bunch of people that's existed for a time.
Expected Result:
Be able to refresh, change permissions, change rank, etc.
Actual Result:
Broken, nothing occurs.

Additional Information/Notes
Some are at -29 days or more, others can't be refreshed. Others can't have any changes done to them even by the faction owner. This may possibly have to do with changing who is the owner of the faction however this is just a guess.
