Light armoured

Hi,
this is question/suggestion thing.

It concerns the Light armoured ability of rogue (Snuggybear, sd) and Uncanny dodge feat.
As I understand this correctly, light armoured gives lost dex ac as dodge.
But uncanny dodge let you retain only dex AC.
These two should work in synergy, but as for now, they do not.

Solution could be
1. change light armoured bonus to 'other' ac
2. Let uncanny dodge retain dex AND DODGE ac.
3. something else?

I'm thinking this might be intentional, given that the other options were out there at the time it was implemented. Sort of like, we are giving you something back but it's not perfect. For immersion purposes it is the equivalent of saying you are really comfortable in this armor (Dodge ac) but not as comfortable as in no armor at all (Dex ac)

1. Light armor bonus as other would be too strong. There is no way to remove other ac and it stacks with everything without a cap. Things like the PM ac bonus being changed to dodge were done for a reason. It also would be specifically a buff to divine rogues, and divine dips do not needs buffs.

2. Absolutely not. This would be terrible for balance. There are a lot of things that are dodge ac that don't need buffs, such as divine shield and haste.

Cant the extra ac from DEX in light armor be coded as dex ac as the ability really seems to intend?

Dex AC is hardcoded as far as I can tell.
