Low Level Dungeons with No Writs

Hello!
The writ system has really taken over low level leveling experience... And there are quiete a ew low level dungeons with no Writs Associated with them. I think an attempt to compile a list of them would be helpful if there is an intention to have writs avaible for all low level zones, encourging people to eplore as they do their writs. I'll try to write down a few that I can remember feel free to point out my mistakes and those I have missed!
UD:
1) Tribal lairs east and west in the coastal caverns
2) Raider Camp just outside Anduor
3) Trgos behind the water fall
4) Caverns connecting trogs behind the waterfall and crystal caverns
Surface:
1) Cordor rat infested ships
2) Boogin nest in the forest
3) Old stonehold
4) Temple of Talona
5) The Cordor Crypt with outsiders and constructs
Edit Note: Also writs in the shadow realm would be awesome!
