(Tested build is: 16 PM / 5 Spellsword / 9 Weapon Master)

Spellsword with pale master levels can summon undead via palemaster feats. But they shouldn't able to do so.

Also, sometimes they can directly summon EDK or mummies with Mummy Dust, sometimes they can't with an error message that tells something like "Spellsword cannot summon". But nevertheless, they are able to summon things via palemaster feats.

Well...To tell a trueth.....I noticed this long ago...but didnt bother to even write about it....Bcs...Its not like its anyhow good....
You simply cant mesh these two classes together...

It was allways more balance thing then anything else wtih SS banns on summs and school...and this isnt good at all...so no harm..

And it makes sense even in RP....like...you are literaly sacrificing big part of your SS power by not focusing on that class study, and instead gained ability to summon undead thro non clasic arcane means...

It is not about being good or not. It must be how it is supposed to be.

To say it simply...
This thing cull itself out by natural power selection...its so bad that noone actualy go into it on live servers
(even tho I imagine that some PC with SS/PM existed on live...you can see its not actual thing)

By all means...it could be fixed...if its not necesarily hard to do...
But it would not change a thing...

It's an exploit, it doesn't matter if it's 'self culling' or 'would not change a thing...', it's not how the class is supposed to work. This maybe should've just been sent as a PM (lol) even.

A spellsword/cleric can cast gate as well. Only from srolls I belive.

Would these exceptions apply to True Flame casters as well?

Considering that Mummies alone allow a fairly gentle stroll across much of the server, I do believe these is a very good find. SS is a very powerful and highly buffed class.. It was restricted from Summons for good Reason.

I am not certain if they can take Epic Spell Focus, but considering that Epic Spell Focus - Necromancy grants you a 'Racial' ability to conjure undead without the use of a spell is also something to be fixed with regards to SS Necromancers.
