Back to Character Selection after Server Transition

Everytime I server swap by going through a transition, I am ported back to the character selection screen. Is this normal behaviour? I have to go find my character every time.

Sadly with the recent Neverwinter Nights update, Beamdog (the developers of the game) have reintroduced this old bug. It is something we will have to live with until they patch it.
