Player Crafted poisons don't seem to roll when used upon Arrows.

Tested in a few areas with a few higher tier poisons and unless I am very unlucky, didn't manage a single poison roll in their full duration.


EDIT

Testing on PGCC has thrown up a further issue with the Player Crafted poisons in that many of them don't appear to make a secondary effect roll.
