Disappeared crafted falchion? RESOLVED: I am a numpty

After the server transition, a greensteel +4 fire enchanted falchion has simply vanished from my inventory for no apparent reason. Got no way to prove this except my good word!
EDIT: Apparently it was in a blank space in my inventory. Thanks to RainDancer for saving my stupid bum.
