Arelith portal after server split

portal.arelith.com currently does not display the new server. Not sure if it is intentional or not.

It will take a bit of work to update this.
Three people worked on the split around the clock to get it going. Now we are reaching out to our contributors to handle this with the feedback we have provided.

Pointed out just in case it got overlooked. Its existence is not critical for me.
