No Spawns in Xvart Village Under Brog

Visited the Xvart village outside the Gnomish Grotto and under Brog four times in the past two days and haven't seen a single xvart spawn. The chests were full of treasure and there was no evidence someone was ahead of me each time so I think something may have broken after the server split? It could of course just be bad luck but thought I should mention it here.

I posted that in the server split bugs section but thought it might go lost or unnoticed. Checked the areas about eight times now since the server split and haven't seen a single spawn. They do spawn in the quarry but not the ice caves or the xvart village.

Still the same situation- no spawns in the Xvart village or ice caves under Brog. This likely came from the Underdark server split. This is the location of two of the few low level Brogdenstein/Gnomish Grotto writs so it would be nice to have it working. Thanks.
