I've gone in several times and it's supposed to have Xvarts there, which I need to kill to do the writ, and they are just never spawning. No idea why.

This is happening in Brogendenstein (Beneath the Mountain) Abandoned Mines and Xvart Village, but the ones in the Quarry outside the Grotto are spawning just fine.

This should have been fixed.
