Two of the three quarters have 600 g/month rents, the third has 95 g/month rent. The 600 ones cost 30k, whereas the rent for the third one means it costs only 4750.

Considering they're identical single bedroom quarters, it seems weird that two of them are hugely expensive (for what they are, and how locks will multiply that to thousands/month) but one is dirt cheap despite being otherwise identical. This seems like an oversight.

I'll take a look at this.
