Magic staff appearances?

Hi, I remember a lot more appearances being advertised for the magical staff when they are implemented, yet I seem to only be able to access 3-4 of them, no matter what model/color combination I choose. For example, I remember seeing a picture of a staff with flowers posted by a developer, but I can't seem to find it. Were they ever added, or is this some kind of bug?
