Getting TMI errors on gs_m_heartbeat consistently on the hour-tick, which also brings some latency spikes.

I've had double-hour ticks as well a few seconds apart. (So double rpr xp / rest/drink etc. reduction)

Double ticks tend to happen when the server jumps forward to catch up with persistent time (so it's the same on all servers).

The TMI one is unknown why it happens yet.
