Might be a good idea to limit number of notes one posts to a board to something like 1 or 2 per hour (with exception of board owner and City officials).

Serial posting happens occasionally and eats a lot of messages before people can read them.

The suggestion forum is closed at this time. Using the feedback forum is not a substitute for this.

There are already ways for board owners to prevent additional posts from deleting the bottom ones off.
This will not be something that can ever be adjusted on public boards.
