Sibayad King's Tomb search spots not appearing

In the the King's Tomb dungeon (the one with the lasso checks), the search spots aren't appearing.
They only appear once per server reset, so I figured maybe someone was getting to them before me. But the server just reset and they didn't appear. Unless someone managed to do the dungeon before me, which is possible. I think I got in-game 15 minutes after serverup. But it would be really unusual, people usually don't bother with the search spots, I don't ever see them farmed out like this. This is why I think something might be broken, it's not something I've seen anyone rush after serverup.
