Why? Currently if you make a good aligned monster BEFORE entering the server. (You can.) It gets trapped in your vault and you are unable to log in. It doesn't auto-delete your "impossible character".

Or at least its this way for me.

You can still log in, then apply a gift, but this also keeps you from making good specific classes like paladin.

Make it so:

On creation of impossible character say a Kobold Paladin; it should just delete automatically or consume your normal award on log in.

(also if they go with the consume on login option they could add more of the reward races pre-entry just as quality of life and ease of set up.)

I guess with the refund system you can delete to get Reward back if you accidentally create the wrong thing

This is something of a technical issue, if it happens contact the DM Team and we can work with you to make the character legal and playable.

Well with the current issue if you make a good aligned drow, kobold, gnoll, orog or whatever BEFORE you enter the game you can't even log in. Just stays in your vault - there is no safeguard against it.

Any race that you can make before entry = cant make a good aligned version of it. This really only matters if you're making a paladin.

I’ll resolve the issue of your stuck character tonight. I had forgotten it was on my list until seeing this thread.

As for the design, we can’t consume rewards before you enter the server and it does require you to go through the conversation. That being said, the good aligned part of those races should be restricted on creation to prevent this issue. I’ll speak with someone who can tweak this.
