Hello. I just won a normal award on my character and wanted to spend it on making a Outcast in the Underdark. Since a recent update of having outcasts available to normal award only, I wanted to spend it on this.

Just to find out that I can't see it available to me on character creation. I think this is a bug that needs fixing because my character is not good and the award I have available to spend is a normal award.

I will ping this to the active dm forums as well to see if I can get ahold of a dm to make this happen for me as well.

Please provide more information on the race and alignment you were trying to make.

I reported this a week or so ago. Unless something changed, it doesn't work for any of the evil or neutral human alignments.

Name is Wolf Facilie'. He is a human. True Neutral. I created him and he is in my character vault.

I do not think it works for the Half Orcs either. At least it doesn't on the PGCC. Haven't tried it on the main server but I am almost sure it doesn't since the issue with Half-Orcs and humans on the PGCC are mirrored and both humans do not work on the main server and PGCC.
