Boss drops 2 bounty heads

The Crystalline Sentinel in Underdark (Middle) Crystal Caves drops two heads when killed - one in a set of bones named Crystalline Sentinel, and another in a loot bag named Remains. Both drops contain Head of a Leader (Crystalline Sentinel).
