Eastern Coastline: Cavernous Hideout - Door to Bandit Hideout can't be attacked

Where:
Surface, Eastern Coastline (Cavernous Hideout)

What:
The southwest door, which leads to the Bandit Lair required for the Gambler's Bluff writ, can no longer be attacked, possibly due to tileset changes.

What character:
Aura Bigstep, halfling monk.

Attempted to attack bare-handed and with a weapon. The door could not be attacked due to not being able to achieve appropriate proximity in combat, meaning it REQUIRES having Pick Lock in order to complete the quest. Attempting to bash it will make your character approach and then do nothing.

This might work better for medium-sized characters but I've never had this problem before.

I attempted to use a Knock scroll and it played the effect on the door but the door still did not unlock.

This is a very old known issue, which has been brought up numerous times, so I'm not sure why it hasn't been addressed, yet.

Once that door in particular is bashed, it can no longer be targeted until after the next reset. The only way to open it thereafter is by picking the lock.

The Knock spell only works on chests, on Arelith, however the base game still plays the animation on both chests and doors. (Although I don't see that particular note on the wiki anymore, so maybe there was an intended change that I didn't hear about.)
