Any chance we could bump the upper end of the level bracket to 26 so max level characters can help their friends on these writs? The level 29 cut-off from a level cap of 25 feels a bit arbitrary.

This is an oversight on my part, it was intended to have a cut off of 30 for helping with those writs.

A bit of a tangential tie-in, is there any chance some of the older upper-end writs that directed people into epic zones that are regularly ground by people past L24-25 (like the Black Fortress Writ) could get this fancy new 20-25 range dressing?

I'd be very hesitant about moving many of the current writs to epic levels, but the black fortress is definitely one that could be bumped up.
