Delivery writs

Hi!
I'm not sure where this bug exactly come from but I do think it's from delivery writs, since I started noticing this bug after taking the first one.
When my PC become encumbered or he fails a daze save, he can't run anymore. Nothing I do - once the spell is over or I fix my weight - can make me run again. Toggling search or sneak mode doesn't help, nor does activating/desactivating the command -walk. I have to log out and log in to be able to run again.
