Description of Bug Experienced:
Used PDK Fear while being entangled and attacked, and instead of it being casted normally it was disrupted by the entangle, and after that i could not use the ability anymore until i rested, so the 3 minutes cooldown wasnt working until i rested.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get yourself entangled and being attacked and use the PDK fear ability.

Expected Result:
I believe the casting should suffer no interference as it says in the PDK wiki that, "Being attacked while casting Fear will not trigger any Concentration checks."

Actual Result:
Casting the fear while entangled and being attacked resulted in its disruption. After that i also could not cast any more fears until i rested, as you can see in the quickbar in the screenshot below, it being grayed out.

This is a much better bug report than mine, but this is precisely what I experienced as well.

This is a beamdog thing. It' breaks your action queue. It's the same reason you stop attacking when you get entangled.

Just to confirm - what I experienced wasn't starting to cast Fear and getting hit with an entangle midcast, thus breaking the action queue. It's being entangled already, attempting to cast, and then receiving the concentration message. Is that also a Beamdog thing?

Working as intended apparently. This is a separate check that is part of the entangle spell. This is unrelated to the concentration check from being hit while casting, which is the one we removed.

An entangled character who attempts to cast a spell or make use of a spell-like ability must make a concentration check (DC 15) or the attempt will fail.

You can't cast spells anyway because of the action queue bug. Its been a factor in PvP several times for my character. Is it fixable?
