New Helm Appearance Issue

Issue
Helm appearance shows in inventory normally upon login, however it defaults to the pot helm for this new appearance.
Upon server transition, the helm image in inventory completely disappears though the helm is usable and appears correctly on the character model.
Helm Number: 43
Side note: Helm reverts to normal after complete NWN shut down and re-login.
