It seems Looted grenades (Firebombs, acid bombs, ect) Dont stack with store bought or crafted ones.

Yes. Someone made the looted ones labelled as "mundane" items, while the crafted ones are not. This goes for other grenades too. Ones store-bought are different from ones looted.

It's a pain.
