Description of Bug Experienced:
Crafting an iron wakizashi produces an item with -5% arcane spell failure. Should be +5%.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Expected Result:
Iron wakizashi with +5% arcane spell failure.
Actual Result:
Iron wakizashi with -5% arcane spell failure.
