The Succour wyrdstone you can possibly win from skull coin gambling isn't flagged as "mundane", like the regular loot ones are. If any other wyrdstones are offered it's possible they're the same.

also, the ogre fist gambler is still bugged i'm told, but unsure how - apparently he just gives cash?

Stor'jatte at the trade post asks if you want to gamble but the only thing you can select is "Show me your wares". If you select that he just gives you coin. You have no option to gamble even though in his dialogue he asks if you want to gamble.

He offers gambling again.

Fix for non-mundane Wyrdstones is in the pipeline. Also yes, you can gamble again.
