This is a fairly early level writ and it seems to be behind a locked door.

I had no luck bashing it, and I don't have any open lock ranks. Doesn't seem very healthy to gatekeep an early level writ behind a skill that most classes do not have.

You can bash it once per server reset and it will break. After that it becomes immune to damage on respawn. This is present in some other dungeon doors I have found.

I did submit a bug report on it a while back.

The DC on this lock is super low, i think 18. Just have to make sure to have 1 point in lock and trap and you will be fine.

The door reacts strangely to the Knock spell as well.

The glowy graphic effect occurs to suggest the scroll worked, but the door remains locked. All other locks that I've come across immune to the spell get no graphic. I suspect that there might be two doors on top of one another, one immune, one not.

You're not told that you need a lockpicker though. I had someone open the lock for me, but it also locked again so I was locked in...
