Ilneval Worshipper / Cleric alignment not working for Orog

Description of Bug Experienced:
Ilneval's worshippers are listed (on the Arelith wiki, and in 3.0 sourcebooks) as being CN, LN, NE. However, their alignment in-game is listed as CE, LE, NE. Additionally, upon taking a level in a cleric/paladin/CoT class, you cannot follow Ilneval as CN, CE, LN, NE, or LE. You can, however, select Ilneval correctly as a half-orc for CE, NE, LE alignments. Alignment for Ilneval is therefore screwed up somewhere in relation to Orogs.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Go into character creator, create an orog cleric, and select any alignment and try to select Ilneval as your patron deity.
Expected Result:
Ilneval should be selectable as a cleric/CoT as a LN, NE, CN alignment (If the wiki and sourcebooks are correct), or as a LE, NE, CE alignment (if the in-game textbox is correct)
Actual Result:
You cannot select Ilneval regardless of alignment as an orog cleric/COT without the gift that lets you bypass racial restrictions.
