I help manage the Resources in the Devils Table of Andunor. I've found when moving resources across to the expanded warehouse, that 'Metal' never shows any kind of resource to move across, instead its appears to move across automatically...

I've been informed by more experienced players in settlement systems, this isn't the way it used to work.

Is this a bug or intentional?

Metal only comes from donating ingots, AFAIK, so that sounds like it's working as intended.
