Shadow displacement when live and my character has nothing in the SD radial nor a feat signifying I have the new ability

Fix is in pipeline.

Wondering if this was resolved or still in the works.

If you didn't receive your SD in the past couple resets, PM me with your character name, and the server you tried receiving it on.

Does this apply only to new shadow dancer characters or old as well?
