PGCC Zhentarim Bugs

Attempting to take the Zhentarim PRC classes on the following resulted in them all blanked out and unable to take the class.
Race : Rock Gnome
Alignment : Lawful Evil
Class : Swashbuckler
Feats : Great Fortitude + Thug
Skills : 8-10 Discipline, Bluff, Intimidate, Lore, Tumble, 4-5 Search
Character Name : Gno Mercy
The above skill/feat requirements are what is listed for both Enforcer and operative currently in-game
