Arcane Tower Bookshelves

Description of Bug Experienced:
Some of the bookshelves either dont have the activator(what you click on to access its inventory) or the activator is behind the shelf flush with the wall, or the activator is where its supposed to be but the bookshelf is not.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Walk into the arcane tower library and try to access the bookshelves
Expected Result:
Access Shelves
Actual Result:
Continually walk into shelf trying to reach the activator, or have no activator to click.
