Warlock/Feylock and Championship Darts +15

Championship Darts count as a weapon for the warlock touch attack increasing it by 15.
While this will work with most throwable weapons championship darts are the biggest offender due to being +15. This applies to all classes that make ranged touch attacks of which warlock/feylock is the one that does it the most.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip darts to receive benefit on your touch attacks
2. Make sure not to accidentally throw the darts
3. Enjoy your flare and other touch attacks that will have a hard time missing on anything.
Expected Results: Thrown weapons should not be factored in the touch attack formula. Or darts that give +15 should not be in the game.
Actual Results: Thrown weapons are calculated in the touch attack formula; the existence of darts that give +15 means that a warlock/feylock will hardly ever miss a ranged touch attack.
Notes: From what I can tell based on the NWN Wiki this is working as intended however the existence of +15 darts is known to a few people and the synergy of +15 darts with warlock/feylock should be looked at.
