Martin's Final Kudos

Martin met his end with Salindra at the Crow's Nest and while I do not plan on writing up a super detailed appreciation thread to all the players/chars that made him so much fun, I do want to say I had a blast with him and it was all to do with the players/devs of our awesome server.
Martin was my first real UD character and was also created right about the time that the new UD went up and running - and I really did feel like I was playing a brand new game. The UD crowd was welcoming and the Devs made the new UD absolutely amazing. Big kudos to the UD, Artos, Mith and all the people who made the UD what it is.
Some spoilers from Martin:
He never spied for the drow. Not even when he was coerced to do so, did he ever do anything willingly or correctly for the drow.
He never helped capture slaves, but in fact, helped free slaves. Often he was shunned by the very people he was trying to help because very, very few characters actually trusted him.
He made more coin as a merchant in the UD than I have had on any other character at one time in my numerous years here at Arelith. So anyone wanting to set up a serious merchant business in UD ... its ripe, take it from someone who knows.
Martin was a sap and fell for three leading ladies. I won't say who.
Martin's pressure point wasn't pain - no, so many tortured him for naught, because his pressure point was his family. Threaten them and you could get what ever you wanted out of him. Very few knew this and even fewer acted on it - which tells you that some in the UD are actually kind.
Martin made very few friends, several allies and many enemies of a wide variety of races, however humans were only on the friends list toward the very end, save for one human female he knew from the very beginning of his start. He grew to mistrust and hate humans, believe it or not. In the end, he trusted drow more than humans due to his treatment from surfacers.
I saw more of the server with Martin than I had with any previous character, even odd places that few would go, like inside the Abyssal fortress.
I thank you all for making his run so fantastic.
