Commoner and Shadowdancer class issue

Hi, first time.
Description
==========
Creating new characters. Commoner class greyed out. Shadowdancer class possible to create.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Start creating new character and go for Commoner or Shadowdancer
Expected result
-----------------------
Possible to create Commoner. Not possible to create Shadowdancer
Actual result
-------------------
Opposite of the above.

I asked around, and the same issue is affecting other players apparently.
If you create Shadowdancer toon, it gets deleted the moment it logs onto server.
