bug related to weight reduction of items in containers

Description
- it seems that containers that held things *before* the item weight change still retain the weight difference that was lost due to the changes made.

Steps to reproduce
-have a container (like, a gem pouch) that had some items in it (in the case of a gem pouch, gem dusts) and empty it

Expected result
-it should weight 0.5 (weight of an empty container)

Actual result
-it weights 70.5 instead in my case (it was filled to 105.5 before in my case)

Screenshot(s)
-i don't think i can provide screenshots that would definitely prove it.

Notes
-...

Can you try putting an item with the new weight in it, and emptying it again?

I tried that back and forth a few times with the gem bag, emptying and filling. It reduces the weight of the gem bag by the weight of the new weight reduced items taken out, leaving it above the base weight, and when refilled, goes back to where it was.

Do you think there are chances for this to be fixed, or we need to buy new book bags/scroll cases/gem pouches? :(

Has anyone found a fix for this? I currently have a book bag that weighs 21 pounds while empty. Is there any way to get it back to 1 pound, or do I throw it away and make a new one?
