Description of Bug Experienced:
Sent an illusion while disguised to someone in the same map. It appeared without the disguise name, but rather my character's real name. The illusionist was also polymorphed at the time. Both myself and the person I sent it to saw it as the true name.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Have GSF: Illusion.
- Disguise.
- Send projection to someone in the same map as you.
- Additional possible step, be polymorphed.

Expected Result:
Illusion appears with disguised name to deliver message.

Actual Result:
Illusion appears with real name, occasionally.

Minor correction: only Greater Spell Focus should be enough to qualify for accessing the -project_image function.

Emphasis mine. Is this something that happens reliably to you? Is it intermittent/only the one time?

It happens and has happened since, reliably. Either it shows real name or disguise name. I'm trying to pay attention to it when able for anything that might give me a clue. The only thing it might be is disguising and staying in the same map might cause the real name to display, and maybe transitioning to a different map works as intended? It's difficult to test, and this is only a guess.
